Dr. Cho continued his medical career as a clinical instructor at the University of Rochester Medical Center, specializing in anesthesia regional block and pain medicine. In 2004, he moved to San Francisco, Calif., to take a position as a clinical professor at UCSF for the next four years. Dr. Cho later went on to become the medical director at Anapa Pain Clinic in Los Angeles, specializing in interventional pain medicine. While working at Anapa Pain Clinic, he served dual roles as the medical director at California Detox Clinic where he specialized in addiction management.

Some of Dr. Cho’s key areas of interest, along with interventional and cancer pain medicine, include various procedures under fluoroscopy, including spinal cord stimulation trails and implants, spine kyphoplasty, RFA, facet joint blocks and epidural blocks. He is also an active member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP).
