Dr. Shahnaz Azad graduated from University of Health Sciences Antigua School of Medicine in 1993 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Chicago Medical School in Chicago, IL. She then completed a fellowship in Infectious Disease at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
