Dr. Scott Cousins graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 1982 before completing a residency in Ophthalmology at Washington University/Barnes Hospital from 1983 to 1988. He then completed a fellowship in Vitreoretinal Fellow at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute from 1986 to 1987.
