Dr. Simms is incredible. However, the staff was awful today. My wife drove up from Richland to see Dr. Simms for the last time, as we have moved. We wanted to say goodbye and have my sons 6 month well check. We didn't get a confirmation call and we arrived at 2:15 for the appointment. The staff said the appointment was at 2:00 and refused to let us see him. My wife left in tears with the staffs parting remarks that they would send his shot records. This is ridiculous and terribly unproffesional. Extremely disappointed!
