Dr. Roy Breen graduated from University Of California, Irvine, California College Of Medicine in 1978 before completing a residency in General Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR from 1979 to 1984. He then completed a fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at Sansum Clinic.
