Recommends Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Understandable ReachableDr. Silver is a very nice and compassionate man. He really cares about his patients. However, his scheduling staff is totally incompetent. 2x's they messed up my confirmed surgery date no one called me, so when I called they lied on me and said they talked to me and confirm a new surgery date that I would've never chose. both times it was a week before the scheduled confirmed surgery and They Natalie and Amanda messed up my surgery schedule. They couldn't understand why I was so upset. I have dates written that my surgery was confirmed & scheduled for. I can't understand why they have jobs titles as Schedulers??? Very upset, my personal and work life has had to be consistently rearranged regarding this. They have no idea how many people, work deadlines and schedules this effects. Please make sure you consistently call them to keep confirming your scheduled surgery date.
