Dr. Robert Ballard graduated from University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1980 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, CO in 1983. He then completed a fellowship in Pulmonary Critical Care at Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center in 1984.
