Dr. Raul Santos graduated from University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB) before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. He then completed a fellowship in Cardiology at Scott & White Medical Center.
