Dr. Rafi Bidros is a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing in Houston, TX since 2008. His training concentrated on cosmetic surgery, breast beconstruction, and post-bariatric body contouring, where he performs the latest techniques, as well as the time-tested ones.
