Helpful Staffhad an appointment waited three and half hours to be seen. Had the most painful examination I had ever had (I am 51 and have 7 children) wanted to discuss a new medication with her was told by her that I should look it up. She would not give me any information on this new drug so I opted not to take it. She eventually hung up on me only to call back to see if I was interested in carrying on a conversation. I have to say I have always had good experiences with my doctors my luck changed with dr. venkataraman she was not in the least pleasant, and I felt rushed and that my needs were not being met neither in her office and especially on the phone. there are a lot of compassionate doctors out there my advice is look for another one dr. venkataraman was definitely a bad choice
