Dr. Jacobs is a graduate of The University of Nebraska at Omaha where he received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology. He received his medical degree from The University of Nebraska Medical School in Omaha.
Dr. Jacobs completed his residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He completed fellowships in sports medicine and shoulders at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Jacobs is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Jacobs has a special interest in sports injuries, total knee replacement, total shoulder replacement, reverse shoulder replacement, and arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder.
