Dr. Pedro Febres-Roman graduated from Catholic University of Navarra Faculty of Medicine in 1973 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM from 1976 to 1978. He then completed a fellowship in Cardiology at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center from 1978 to 1980.
