Dr. Peder Horner graduated from University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2002 before completing a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR from 2003 to 2007. He then completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Dotter Insitute at Oregon Health and Science University from 2007 to 2008.
