Critical care pulmonologists are trained in two closely-related areas of medicine: pulmonology & critical care. Dr. Zolty treats patients suffering from life-threatening pulmonary disorders and diseases. These may include emphysema, pneumonia, lung cancer or COPD. As a critical care specialist, Dr. Zolty is also trained to stabilize patients who are in critical condition and require mechanical ventilation.
