I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a surgeon, and once I entered medical school, I realized I wanted to be a plastic surgeon. Plastic surgery is very dynamic. There are new procedures and treatments developed every year. I am a lifelong student and truly enjoy staying current on newly developed treatments and procedures. I also thoroughly enjoy operating on different areas of the body, so I specialized in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. Now I pride myself in being able to offer a wide variety of procedures to my patients.
Plastic surgeons perform a wide variety of surgeries that can restore or correct the form and function of the human body, which can be either cosmetic or reconstructive in nature. Dr. Flint is able to correct abnormalities of the body that may be causing adverse health effects, or perform surgeries to correct malformations caused by birth defects, trauma, tumors or disease. She also performs elective surgeries, which patients undergo to improve the aesthetic appearance of a certain body part.
