Dr. Norman Chan graduated from UMDNJ New Jersey Medical School before completing a residency in ENT / Otolaryngology at Temple University Hospital. He then completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Icahn School of Medicine of Mount Sinai.
