Dr. Newton Kendig graduated from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in 1984.
Dr. Kendig has two offices in Maryland where he specializes in Infectious Disease Medicine and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Kendig works with three hundred and fourteen doctors including Dr. Susan Harvey and Dr. Douglas Yim.

Infectious Disease Medicine
As an infectious disease specialist, Dr. Kendig is capable of preventing, diagnosing, and treating a wide variety of infectious diseases. Typically, patients with an infectious disease, such as malaria, will require highly specialized treatment or care. Dr. Kendig may also educate patients traveling to places around the world that have a high rate of infectious diseases; this is sometimes referred to as travel medicine.
