I was about 10 mins late to my appointment due to an accident occurring in front of my on the free way. When I got there the staff at healthpointe told me he had already left for the day and only waits 5 mins for patients. No one let me know of this "policy" a head of time and no one called to let me know. This is totally unprofessional and would never come back.
