Boarded certified in Internal Medicine in 1987; Medical Oncology in 1990 and Hematology in 1991 with the 2nd Re-certification Examination successfully completed and Hematology Subspecialist Certificate valid through 2020.

Has beend an Employeed Physician at Tacoma General Hospital, WA since 5/18/1998. Currently seeing patients at MultiCare Regional Cancer Center ( MRCC ), Tacoma General  Hospital ( TG ) Medical Oncology Hematology Clinic, 5 days per week, about 52-66 patients seen each week. Holding a Clinical Faculty position at University of Washington, School of Medicine in Seattle since December 1, 2010.

Graduated from Taipei Medical University in 1981, obtained MPH degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston in 1984. Completed the Residency training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago in 1987, Fellowship training at University of Illinois in Chicago in 1990.
