About Dr. Tuchman
Dr. Tuchman

Bio

Dr. Michole Tuchman is a graduate of Yale University, where she majored in Humanities, while also excelling in and completing her premed science requirements. She received her M.D. from New York Medical College, followed by a clinical dermatology research fellowship with St. Lukes-Roosevelt, an internship at Lenox Hill Hospital, and a residency in Dermatology, Dermatological surgery and Cosmetic Dermatology at New York Medical College. Dr. Tuchman has published extensively in dermatology journals and textbooks.

In addition to working in private practice where she specializes in General, Cosmetic and Laser Dermatology, Dr. Tuchman is an Assistant Clinical Professor for New York Medical College at Metropolitan Hospital, as well as an attending physician at Lenox Hill Hospital.  Dr. Tuchman is a board certified member of the American Academy of Dermatology.  She lives in Englewood, NJ with her husband, Oren Koslowe, a pediatric gastroenterologist, and their four children.

Dr. Tuchman is unique in that she is both an artist and a scientist. From an early age she was equally enamored of the two, taking Studio Art classes right along with AP Calculus and Organic Chemistry.  In college, she balanced her premed requirements with classes in drawing, painting, architecture and sculpture.  Throughout her years of training she continued to always make time to draw and take art classes whenever she could. Now she brings this marriage of art and science to all that she does, with an aesthetic appreciation that few in medicine have.  Along with her artistic eye, she is compassionate and caring, and gives every patient the individualized attention and treatment they deserve.
