I was supposed to have surgery Monday but United Health Ins and St Francis Hospital separated leaving me stranded and with melanoma level III. Dr Towler interceded beyond any need to do so and contacted me personally to guide me in seeking a equal surgeon to himself n=but in my network. The he spent time counseling me and advising me about the concerns and all topics I needed to know as I enter uncharted territory for me. I am afraid and his counsel was HUGE in comforting me. He did not have to do anything. He chose to care and I remain grateful in-spite of the Insurance conflict keeping me for his services which had been my first choice as recommended by my dermatologist.
