I am a sensitive and caring pediatrician with specialized training in pediatrics, tropical pediatrics and obesity medicine. I am interested in seeing the family enjoy great health at the most convenience. I have more than 21 years practice experience. Our practice at Omega Pediatrics brings you solutions to the problems we have identified that bog down the healthcare delivery system today. We have bridged this gap by leveraging technology and thinking outside the box. We make sure that we are accessible to our families not in a limited way, but for up to 4 hours daily after hours. Our providers are also available beyond that via telemedicine and direct to doctor messaging.
I decided to become a physician so that I could help the needy as well as help heal sick children, while preventing illness in others. This has evolved into a more holistic desire to heal the world from where I am. I provide care in a very convenient manner for families, particularly the working mother ant this helps heal pain and alleviate suffering for families.
At Omega Pediatrics, we provide a family-centered care model that places the needs of the family at the forefront of everything that we do. We see to it that the needs of the child is never ignored and we make sure families are kept in the loop as we provide a medical home for their loved ones.
Our philosophy is very different from the status quo. What many primary care practices are focused on today is to improve their bottom line. We, on the other hand, want to remove inconveniences from the primary care experience. We ensure that we are available at the family's convenience, not just ours. We provide opportunities for routine visits up to 9 pm every day of the week. That is different and atypical. We are not your typical pediatric office. We also are one of the first practices to implement telemedicine for primary care. That removes a lot of hassle from the primary care experience. Now you can have a minor follow-up visit from the convenience of your home or from the beach instead of slugging through traffic for 2 hours for a 15-minute visit.
I am board certified in pediatrics, a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and also board certified in Obesity Medicine (treat adults and children). I also have foreign degrees and training in Tropical Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. I am a born-again Christian and my practice is guided by deep Christian principles."
