Newport Center Outpatient Surgery Facilities, which is Michael V. Elam, M.D’s. private state of the art fully accredited operating facility was opened in Newport Beach, California in 1986. Dr. Elam and his staff feel grateful to be in the business of making patient’s feel better about themselves by increasing their self esteem. Dr. Elam has a wonderful staff of dedicated employees. When you call the office you will reach one of his very caring and informed patient coordinators. Their job is to make sure all of your questions are answered throughout the three phases of surgery, consultation, preoperative appointment and postoperative follow up. Our motto is to treat every patient the same as you would treat a family member.
