I am fond of saying "every patient is custom-made". I believe that spending time and listening to patients is the key to choosing the best treatment options. I partner with my patients and I feel strongly the patient-doctor relationship requires input from both sides. By educating patients about their condition and the available treatments we can choose the best option together. I pride myself on being available to my patients, a great bedside manner, and providing cutting-edge heart rhythm care.
At HeartPlace our physicians and staff routinely go above and beyond because..."every patient is custom-made".
Dr Eifling has led medical expeditions to remote regions of the Himalayan mountains. On these trips he provided care to under-served residents of India and Tibet and directed the care of patients with rheumatic heart disease. Recently, Dr. Eifling organized a team of heart rhythm doctors to perform complex ablation procedures and cardiac device implants in Cambodia.
Dr Eifling is actively engaged in research and clinical trials. As a result, you may get a new treatment before it is available to everyone. Participating in a clinical trial may provide you with medical care and more frequent check-ups as a part of your treatment. You may have the chance to help others get a better treatment for their health problems in the future.
