OCTOBER 19, 2016 I HAD AN APPOINTMENT IN JANUARY, 2016, WITH DR. MANDI BEMAN. THE PAP SMEAR SAMPLE THAT WAS TAKEN WAS, APPARENTLY, LOST BY DR. BEMAN AND HER STAFF. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE LOSS. WHEN ONE OF MY OTHER PHYSICIANS WANTED THE RESULTS OF THE PAP SMEAR, THE RESULTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE BECAUSE DR. MANDI BEMAN AND HER STAFF HAD LOST THE SAMPLE. THEY HAD NOT CONTACTED ME ABOUT THEIR ERROR! WHEN I PHONED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET ANOTHER SAMPLE IN JUNE, THEY COULD NOT OFFER ME A TIME. I CALLED SEVERAL MORE TIMES TO SET AN APPOINTMENT BUT THE OFFICE STAFF REFUSED TO SCHEDULE A NEW APPOINTMENT FOR ME. IN SEPTEMBER, 2016, I PHONED AGAIN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY TOLD ME I COULD NOT COME IN UNTIL THE END OF DECEMBER, 2016. THAT IS A FULL ELEVEN MONTHS SINCE MY APPOINTMENT! THIS IS THE VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM A MEDICAL DOCTOR AND THE STAFF OF A DOCTOR'S OFFICE!! I PAID A $50.00 CO-PAY IN JANUARY - - THAT WAS NOT REIMBURSED TO ME AND DR. BEMAN WAS PROBABLY PAID IN THE VICINITY OF $350.00 FOR THE OFFICE VISIT WHICH DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THE INFORMATION THAT I NEEDED. THIS IS THE VERY WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A MEDICAL DOCTOR AND HER STAFF IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! I WOULD GIVE DR. MANDI BEMAN AND HER STAFF ZERO STARS!!
