Bio
Phoenix Progressive Psychiatric Services is the private telepsychiatry practice of board-certified psychiatrist Lucia Cheng, MD. We provide quality online psychiatric medication management from the comfort, convenience, and privacy of your home, office, car, or any place where you have reliable internet service. Services currently provided in the states of AK, AZ, CA, FL, IL, MI, MN, MO, NM, OH, and TX.
Dr. Cheng also specializes in Perinatal/Reproductive Psychiatry, which involves treatment of mental health conditions related to pregnancy and post-partum periods such as postpartum depression/anxiety and pre-conception medication planning for women already taking psychiatric medication. Dr. Cheng is also board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine.
Dr. Cheng currently serves on the board of the CA Chapter of Postpartum Support International (PSI) as well as the board of the International Society of Reproductive Psychiatry. As an avid video gamer herself, Dr. Cheng also enjoys working with other video gamers to improve their mental health, and enjoys volunteering with mental health non-profit organizations supporting the video gaming community.
