Dr. Lloyd Offsey is a Pediatric Board Certified Pediatrician. He received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Offsey completed his pediatric residency at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He was board certified in pediatrics in 1984.

Dr. Offsey worked for 22 years as pediatrician for Staten Island Medical Group, a large multi specialty group. For last six of these years he was elected Medical director of the group where his responsibilities included quality of care, utilization management and risk management oversight. The knowledge he gained as chairman of the committees and the experience acquired Dr. Offsey uses everyday to provide better care for his pediatric patients and their families.

"Although it was very challenging, I look back at my years as medical director fondly as they helped make me a better physician." Dr. Offsey said. "I am more aware of a patient's needs and what  I must do to help them and provide better and more effective medical care."

Dr. Offsey is fluent in Hebrew and Spanish.
