Dr. Saimovici is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his ophthalmology residency at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. At that time, he was appointed chief resident for several Washington Hospitals where he trained and supervised resident surgeons.
