Our plastic surgery office is located 1304 Bellona Avenue, in Lutherville-Timonium. This location is convenient to Baltimore, Towson, Owings Mills, Columbia and the surrounding areas.
Our office is designed to provide maximum privacy and confidentiality while being comfortable and elegant. Our facility also features two on-site operating rooms, which is a big benefit to our surgical patients. These fully accredited surgical suites mean you can have your surgical procedure performed at our facility, without having to go to another location. Dr. Basner performs just about all of the procedures we provide on-site, including breast surgeryand many others.
Our surgical rooms are AAAASF certified, which means our surgical center has been certified by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities. The AAAASF certifies an ambulatory surgical facility after they have inspected it. Accredited surgical facilities meet the AAAASF's stringent safety standards.

Bio
Dr. Lawrence Rosenberg graduated from NYU School of Medicine before completing a residency in General Surgery at The University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA from 1987 to 1993. He then completed a fellowship in Plastic Surgery at Northwestern University from 1993 to 1996.
Dr. Rosenberg has one office in Maryland where he specializes in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery.
