I WAS FORTUNATE TO RECEIVE TREATMENT FROM DR. HIGHTOWER WHEN HE WAS TEMPORARILY ASSIGNED TO VA HOSPITAL DERMATOLOGY IN TAMPA. HIS KNOWLEDGE AND THOROUGH EXAMINATION PROCEDURES WERE OUTSTANDING AND ONLY EXCEEDED BY HIS PATIENT AND COURTEOUS DEMEANOR. HAVING BEEN TREATED BY HIM PERSONALLY, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR.
