Bio


Dr. Kevin R. Whitney is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Whitney sees patients at the Richland Medical Center on a PRN basis.

He received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School and completed his residency at Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Fort Gordon, Georgia.

He served in Iraq as a combat surgeon and spent 11 years on active duty in the United States Army.

With his family he operates a small red Angus beef farm in Richland County. His hobbies include snowboarding, kayaking, water sports, rock climbing, hiking, camping, soccer, wrestling, and mountain bike racing with his family.
