Take the Lake Forest Exit off of the 5 Fwy and go to the west side of the fwy. We are adjacent to the 5 fwy on the west side on Avenida de la Carlota which runs paralell to the fwy. Look for the 7 story building with Citizens Business Bank sign on it. We are on the 6th floor.
Look for Carl's Jr. at the corner of Lake Forest Dr. and our street Avenida De La Carlota to make your turn.

Doctor Gheysar is a compassionate Addiction Medicine Specialist with over 25 years of practice experience here in southern California. He has an impressive resume that spans a wide range of past experiences. These include holding several Medical Director positions, testifying in court in legal cases and serving as an expert reviewer for the California Medical Board. Currently, he spends most of his time in direct patient care. We specialize in the treatment of all addictive disorders and offer detoxification from alcohol, opioids and other drugs. Recently, our focus has been on opioid maintenance therapy using Buprenorphine products such as Suboxone, Zubsolv, Bunavail, etc. This is called Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and has been shown to be the most effective form of treating opioid dependence.
