Dr. Karen Alexander graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in 1992 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital from 1992 to 1995. She then completed a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Duke University Medical Center from 1995 to 1998.
