This physician is not professional at all nor her staff. The following list is what I experienced during my check up., - my appointment was at 2 pm and waited 35 minutes to see her - the front desk lady was the one who took my vitals (looked like she was tried of seeing patients) and was very short with me when asking me why I was there - Achi actually answered her cell phone during my check up - I have issues with my ear from an accident and she simply said there's nothing wrong with it , go see a specialist. She was very short with me as well. - the office seemed dirty. The equipment was ancient. - it was my first time going to her due to her being my primary doctor on my insurance. I will be removing her from my insurance She is not informative at all , nor clear about what she is looking for when doing check ups or following concerns you might have. She did not make feel comfortable at all. Horrible experience.
