Bio
General Surgery Residency at Brooke Army Medical Center 1980-1985. Army General Surgeon in Alaska 1985-1988. Colon and Rectal Surgey Residency at University of Minnesota 1988-1989. Chief of Colorectal Sugery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center 1989-1993. Deployed with 85th Evacuation Hospial to Saudi Arabia during Gulf War 1990-1991. Currently in practice and a full time faculty member at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville. I am a Colon and Rectal Surgeon with 30 years of experience, but my practice is now limited to anorectal surgery (proctology) and colonoscopy.
