Dr. Joseph Tulagan graduated from University of Arizona College of Medicine before completing a residency in Pediatrics at University of Nevada in Reno, NV. He then completed a fellowship in Developmental / Behavioral Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Dr. Tulagan has two offices in California where he specializes in Pediatrics and Behavioral Medicine.
Dr. Tulagan works with thirty-seven doctors including Dr. Karen Soohoo and Dr. Firas Gorges.
