Recommends Available On Time Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Nice Office Understandable Reachable Helpful StaffDislocated elbow, tore or compressed the ulnar and median nerves plus muscle and tendon. Had surgery on both sides of elbow. Later had surgery for an ulnar nerve transposition to help with the hand. Long process but, He is so caring and very clear on what need to be done.

Dr. Joseph Cullen graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in 1988 before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Rochester School of Medicine - Chairman Richard I. Burton, MD from 1989 to 1993. He then completed a fellowship in Surgery of the Hand and Upper Extremity at The Indiana Hand Center from 1993 to 1994.
