Dr. Joseph Llinas graduated from Central University of the Caribbean School of Medicine before completing a residency in Psychiatry at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. He then completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
