ProfessionalMy appointment was for wax removal from both ears. As I was being led into the exam room, an assistant said, "I'm heading in there!" The person escorting me said, "This will be quick." The assistant said, "I need that room!" Dr. Mulder came in amid the conversation with the first person continuing to say that she needed the room and Dr. Mulder and his staff were talking as if I wasn't even there. I felt very uncomfortable. It took him less than 4 minutes to grab the wax and dismiss me. My bill is for $305.80. Disgusting that he charges this much for two pieces of wax being removed and the staff and he were rude to discuss the room being so important and ignore the feelings of the patient.
