Goals: Develop and grow a cardiothoracic surgery practice with a broad patient base and opportunities for clinical teaching, professional development and personal growth. My main interests include complex aortic reconstruction (including complex/valve sparing aortic root, ascending, arch and descending thoracic aortic reconstruction), structural heart disease, heart failure management, mechanical devices and their role in acute and chronic heart failure, adults with congenital heart disease, less invasive and minimally invasive techniques. Advance into positions of leadership, both institutionally and nationally with high interest in health care policy, efficiency, quality/process improvement, peer and resident education.
