WellFit Coaching & Consulting provides the best holistic options in the region. Our goal is to help you to Restore Your Best! We offer wholistic wellness and fitness services for busy professionals, empowering them to beat burnout and transform weight into wellness.
Founder, Dr. Henry is a naturopath and health coach. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He then went on to complete his fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the ACGME accredited program at Temple University Hospital.
He is a native of Chicago and received his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Henry received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Northwestern University.
