Dr. Punati is a board certified pediatric gastroenterologist in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at The Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. She is the Director pediatric gastrointestinal neuromuscular and motility disorders program and also participates in national multicenter research studies and committees.
Dr. Jaya Punati graduated from Gandhi Medical College in 1997 before completing a residency in Pediatrics at Morristown Memorial Hospital, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). She then completed a fellowship in Nationwide Children’s Hospital at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
