Dr. Jay Crockett graduated from SUNY Health Sciences Center at Syracuse before completing a residency in General Surgery at West Virginia Univ Hospitals. He then completed a fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at Parkland Health & Hospital System.
Dr. Crockett has two offices in South Carolina where he specializes in Colorectal Surgery.
Dr. Crockett works with five doctors including Dr. Cedrek McFadden and Dr. George Blestel.
