Dr. Jason Folk graduated from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Texas Southwestern. He then completed a fellowship in Sports Med & Arthroscopy at Steadman Hawkins Clinic.
