Dr. Kerr explains a complex diagnosis in words that I can understand. She takes the time to go over things until and in a way that made me feel comfortable that I understood what was happening. I asked a follow-up question about a lab result and she re-phrased it perfectly and her communication via health connection is timely, not leaving me waiting. She is never too busy to communicate
