Best doctor. The ice machine use prior to surgery, after surgery, at home was the key to my recovery. I didn't have general anesthesia- was great- helps with recovery not being groggy after. The med combination worked perfectly if the patient followed correctly which I did. PT went very well, hardly any scar at all.
