Dr. Fisher is board certified by the American Board of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He has created an entire university quality plastic surgery facility with each patient receiving individualized care by Dr. Fisher, supported by his team of expert healthcare professionals. Dr. Fisher is a San Francisco native who graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. He also studied at Harvard University as well as Yale University. Dr. Fisher then earned his Doctorate in Medicine at Columbia University\'s College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City, studied at Sloan-Kettering Memorial Hospital and was Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery at Columbia-St. Luke\'s Hospital. Dr. Fisher rose to several leadership positions throughout his professional career including leading the replantation team at University Hospital where he served on the faculty during and after his fellowship in hand and micro-surgery at the University of Colorado Medical Center. Dr. Fisher studied breast surgery under Dr. C.D. Haagensen, a world-renowned authority and Chief of Breast Cancer Treatment Program at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, New York City.
