After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine with his medical degree, Dr. Cyril completed several clinical training programs including an internship in surgery at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a fellowship in interventional spine and sports medicine at the Hospital for Special Surgery, which is an affiliate of Weil Cornell College of Medicine.
