Dr. Frederick Azar graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine in 1989 before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at UT-Campbell Clinic in 1994. He then completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at American Sports Medicine Institute in 1995.
