Dr. Frank Moya graduated from Yale School of Medicine in 1997 before completing a residency in Ophthalmology at Yale University School of Medicine Eye Center from 1998 to 2001. He then completed a fellowship in Glaucoma at Duke Eye Center from 2001 to 2002.
